Mariners, the past, the future and the blog.

Yesterday I was treated to a Mariner's game by my long-time friend, Curtis. We usually go together to one or two Mariner's games a year. It is always nice to catch up on what is happening in each other's life as well as just sitting back, relaxing and watching the game. It was a lot of fun talking about the past (our wild, odd and adventurous college days), our present (i.e. I told him about my hilarious/entertaining/disastrous dates I have had, track racing, work, what he will be doing with the rest of his summer, his vacation plans, etc.) and what we want in the future. It is always nice to reflect where we have been and where we are today. It is good to reflect what I have now, where I am now, what I want, etc. based on those good (and bad) memories of the past. (For example, if my friends didn't save me from a few guys I was interested in at college - oy vay! Can't even imagine where I may be now based on those decisions!) WOW! How things have changed. It is always good to get with Curtis since we both don't keep in touch on a consistent basis and I am always reminded of all the good things in life. He is a good friend and I am glad I have some really good, long-time friends.

So then, I am hearing back from everyone.... you started a blog? My how much you have to write. Well, not really. For those of you that know me, you know I just like to ramble and my writing stinks. So don't think it will be a great piece of art but rather see it as just an expression of myself in the real world - virtually. LOL! :) I think you can see blonde moments on virtual screens too. ;) Although, my friend Brian was quite surprised that I hit this realm of technology before him. Sorry Brian - I had to geek out a bit. ;) Actually, I got this idea based on my friend who races with me. She has her own Blog and I read it! WOW!!! She expresses herself quite well and what she talks about is fun, insightful and hilarious too. :)

Just enjoy my random thoughts for what they are - distinct, full of rambling and entertaining - to say the least. :)
